How much do I have to pay to reserve the vehicle?
The down payment is $500,000 COP, which secures the availability of your vehicle on the chosen dates.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 48 hours (2 days) or more.
Do I need a credit card for the deposit?
No. The credit card is optional. You can leave the deposit in cash, by credit card, or via bank transfer.
How much is the deposit and when do I get it back?
The security deposit is $2,500,000 COP for mid-range and $3,000,000 COP for high-end. It will be refunded within 8 business days after the rental period ends, upon verifying there are no traffic camera fines or speed reports.
Do you deliver the vehicle to my location?
Yes. Delivery and returns are free within the Aburrá Valley (hotel, home, or office) and at Olaya Herrera Airport (EOH). There is an additional charge at José María Córdova Airport (Rionegro).
Can I rent with a foreign license?
Yes, as long as you have been in the country for less than 6 months (the last entry stamp in your passport is sufficient). If your license is not in the Latin alphabet, you will need an International Driving Permit (IDP). The minimum age is 21 years old (25 for premium vehicles).
