No-refund policy

At Exotic Rent a Car Medellín, all payments made through our website are for vehicle reservations and date blocking, and are therefore NON-REFUNDABLE.

Before completing the reservation and making the payment, the customer has access to all relevant information, including but not limited to:

•Daily rate of the vehicle
•Damage deposit or guarantee
•Terms of use
•Coverage and restrictions
•Payment methods

By making the payment, the customer expressly accepts our terms and conditions and this no-refund policy.

If the customer decides not to proceed with the reservation, cancels or changes their mind after making the payment, NO refund will be issued, without exception.

We recommend reading all the information published on the website carefully before booking.

If the customer does not agree with these conditions, they should refrain from making the reservation.

This policy applies to payments made by:

•Credit or debit card
•Bank transfers
•Payment links
•Any other method enabled on our web platform

LEGAL CLAUSES:

1. Express acceptance and informed consent

The customer declares that they have read, understood and freely, expressly and knowingly accepted all terms and conditions, including the NO-REFUND policy, before making the payment. Acceptance is deemed complete upon clicking the payment button and completing the transaction.

2. Waiver of the right of withdrawal (where applicable by law)

In accordance with current regulations, the customer acknowledges that this reservation is for a service with a specific date of performance, so the right of withdrawal does not apply or, alternatively, the customer expressly waives it once the payment is made. (This clause is key for vehicle, hotel, tour and similar reservations.)

3. Inventory blocking and financial loss

The customer accepts that, once the payment is made, the vehicle is blocked for the selected dates and cannot be rented to third parties, which causes a financial loss to Exotic Rent a Car Medellín in the event of cancellation. For this reason, payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Chargebacks and bank disputes

If the customer initiates a chargeback, bank dispute or claim with their financial institution, Exotic Rent a Car Medellín may submit as evidence the acceptance of this policy, the terms and conditions and the reservation confirmation, in order to protect its commercial rights.

5. Jurisdiction and governing law

Any dispute arising from this transaction shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia and resolved before the competent authorities of the city of Medellín.
