At Exotic Rent a Car Medellín, all payments made through our website correspond to vehicle reservations and date blocking, therefore THEY ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Before completing the reservation and making the payment, the customer has access to all relevant information, including, but not limited to:

• Vehicle daily rate
• Damage deposit or guarantee
• Terms of use
• Coverage and restrictions
• Payment methods

By making the payment, the customer expressly accepts our terms and conditions and this no-refund policy.

If the customer decides not to proceed with the reservation, cancels, or changes their mind after making the payment, NO refund will be issued, without exception.

We recommend carefully reading all information published on the website before booking.

If the customer does not agree with these conditions, they should refrain from making the reservation.

This policy applies to payments made by:

• Credit or debit card
• Transfers
• Payment links
• Any method enabled on our web platform

LEGAL CLAUSES:

1. Express Acceptance and Informed Consent

The customer declares that they have read, understood, and freely, expressly, and knowingly accepted all terms and conditions, including the NO REFUND policy, before making the payment. Acceptance is understood to be perfected by clicking the payment button and completing the transaction.

2. Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal (where applicable by law)

In accordance with current regulations, the customer acknowledges that this reservation corresponds to a service with a specific execution date, therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply, or failing that, they expressly waive their right to exercise it once payment has been made. (This clause is key for vehicle, hotel, tour reservations, etc.)

3. Inventory Blocking and Economic Detriment

The customer accepts that, once payment has been made, the vehicle is blocked for the selected dates, preventing its rental to third parties, which generates economic detriment for Exotic Rent a Car Medellín in case of cancellation. For this reason, payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Chargebacks and Banking Disputes

In the event that the customer initiates a chargeback, banking dispute, or claim with the financial institution, Exotic Rent a Car Medellín may present as evidence the acceptance of this policy, the terms and conditions, and the reservation confirmation, in order to protect its commercial rights.

5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Any controversy arising from this transaction shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia and shall be resolved before the competent authorities of the city of Medellín.
