Discounts by number of days
- 1 to 4 days: standard daily rate.
- 5 to 7 days: automatic discount close to 10%.
- 8 to 14 days: discount close to 15%.
- 15 to 29 days: discount close to 20%.

If you're renting for a long period or need a backup vehicle while yours is in the shop, the monthly option is usually much more economical than booking day-by-day.
What the daily rate includes
- Valid SOAT and up-to-date mechanical inspection.
- Comprehensive insurance with clear and written deductible.
- 24/7 roadside assistance.
- Unlimited mileage within the Aburrá Valley and Antioquia.
- Vehicle delivered clean, with a full tank and complete road kit.
- Delivery and return at the airport, hotel, or home (with logistics charge depending on location).
How days are counted
One day equals a 24-hour period from delivery. If you pick up the car on Monday at 10 am and return it on Tuesday at 10 am, that counts as 1 day. We have a standard tolerance of 1-2 hours for return; beyond that margin, an additional fraction is charged.
If you need the car for more days than reserved, notify us at least 12 hours before the return, and we'll extend it without a new process, maintaining the same rate.
Typical cases of daily rentals in Medellín
- Weekend in Antioquia: 2-3 days with an intermediate SUV for Guatapé, Santa Fe, or Jardín.
- Family visit / short trip: 4-7 days, common for residents visiting from another city.
- Long vacations: 10-15 days, common for international tourists combining Medellín with Cartagena or the coffee region.
- Replacement car: 5-30 days while your own is in the shop or being processed.
- Work project: 30-90 days with a monthly rate.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: no cost, deposit refund.
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before: a percentage of the deposit is retained as a logistics charge.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before: the equivalent of one day's rental is retained.
- Date change (without canceling): subject to availability, usually free of charge if notified in advance.
Frequently asked questions
Can I extend the rental once I already have the car?
Yes. Notify us at least 12 hours before the end of the contract, and subject to availability, we'll extend it without an additional management fee.
Can I return it before the reserved days?
Yes, but unused days are charged at the original rate (not prorated), except for monthly rentals where specific conditions apply.
Is there a minimum number of days to rent?
The minimum is 1 day (24 hours). For specific premium vehicles, a minimum of 2 days may be required depending on the season.
What if I only need the car for 4 hours?
For 4 hours, the service with a driver (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or vehicle with chauffeur) is more convenient. Request a quote for both options and compare which suits you best.
